About
Vibration Plate Exercises is for people who bought a vibration plate and found that the manual stops at "stand on it". We turn the plate into a real training tool: specific exercises, speed settings that work on any model, and short plans you can follow.
How we work
- Routines are built from published whole-body vibration research and manufacturer safety guidance.
- Where the evidence is thin (weight loss, detox, lymphatic claims) we say so, rather than repeat the marketing.
- Settings are given as a share of your own machine's range, because every brand labels speed differently.
- We are not affiliated with any vibration plate manufacturer.
The three levels
Every guide is tagged so you know what you're walking into:
- Beginner — new to the plate; learning positions on low speed.
- Intermediate — comfortable on the plate; building strength and time.
- Advanced — higher speeds, single-leg work and longer sessions.
One honest disclaimer
This site is independent and educational, not medical advice. Vibration training is not suitable for everyone: talk to a physician before you start, especially if you are pregnant, have an implanted device, a history of blood clots or a recent injury or surgery.
